Redefining Accountability
in Philanthropy

Thri3 Index (T3i) was born from a bold idea: what if nonprofit performance could be measured not by polished reports, but by real, verifiable impact?

For too long, funding in the nonprofit sector has rewarded compelling stories over measurable outcomes. Organizations led by Native, Black women, and rural communities have been especially overlooked—despite driving transformative change. At T3i, we set out to change this.

Why We Exist

We believe philanthropy thrives when it is rooted in truth, equity, and transparency. Our work challenges outdated systems that favour appearances over results, introducing a new era of accountability—one that funders, nonprofits, and communities can trust.

Our Purpose

The name “Thri3 Index” reflects our purpose:

  • Third Sector → Our focus on nonprofits.
  • Three-Dimensional Evaluation → A holistic approach that blends verified data, equity analysis, and community validation.

Together, these elements form a powerful framework for measuring what truly matters.

Our Commitment

  • For Funders: We provide clear, reliable insights to guide smarter, more equitable investments.
  • For Nonprofits: We level the playing field, helping organizations demonstrate authentic impact beyond storytelling.
  • For Communities: We amplify voices that are often left unheard, ensuring accountability to the people we serve.

Our Vision

A nonprofit sector where every dollar invested creates measurable impact, every organization is evaluated fairly, and every community is heard.
